How can I place an order?

To place an order add required flooring quantity to the cart and process to checkout page. On the checkout page we would require some basic information including: full name and address, email, telephone, delivery address (if different). Should you have any special instructions regarding your order please fill the "notes" box. ​After you finish confirm your order and check your mail box for copy of your order.
Alternatively you can place an order on the phone. Please call on 0203 637 53 06 (Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm)

How the order is procesed?

The order process as follows:

  1. Checkout page (provide all required information, choose delivery option and payment option)
  2. Confirmation page.
  3. Confirmation email to provided email address from Shoping system.
  4. Sales order confirmation from our sales team - confirming your order, delivery date and availability
  5. VAT Invoice - after we receive the payment
  6. Delivery notification email or call
  7. Order completion notification

How can I pay for the order?

We offer following payment methods

  • Bank transfer
  • Card payment (only Visa & Mastercard)
  • Paypal

What is the lead time?

Most of our products are bespoke made and subject to lead time from 5 to 30 days. You can get the lead time before placing an order by calling our sales line. After you place an order you receive a email confirmation or callback with planned delivery date.  Please inform us about any circumstances can affect the delivery or production of your order. We will keep you informed about you order during production and confirm completion of your order before transportation.
